Tab Indexes

Create as many separate filing surfaces in one folder as needed using these stackable folder dividers. Each divider features a punched hinge at the top that fits over the fastener on the divider beneath it. The bottom divider then fits over the fastener in the file folder. Sections can be removed from the folder without disturbing the order of the papers on the dividers. Hinge is scored for 1/2" expansion. 1/5-cut tabs in assorted positions along the side allow quick identification of sections. Handy for personnel, tax, or legal files, or anytime you need extensive categorization within a single file folder. Use with end-tab or top-tab folders. Dividers are made of 11 point manila stock and offers reinforced standard 2-3/4" slit punching and 2" prong, B-style fastener at top.

Use card-sized guides for cross-reference indexes, desktop reference files, account lists, patient or customer address lists. Alphabetic indexed guides with 1/5-cut tabs can be used for cross-referencing accounts in large numeric filing systems. Bold black letters are preprinted on each tab. Tabs are in assorted positions for easy access. Card guides are made of 18 point manila.

End-tab Pressboard Guides are used to divide entire filing systems into smaller groups for quick identification. Alphabetical tabs are readable from both sides for quick reference while filing. Guides are wider than standard end-tab folders so tabs stand out. 25 point green Pressboard is durable for frequent use. 1/2" wide tabs with vertical style No. 8 are in the top position. Each end-tab guide includes a flat metal tab. Guides are made with a high percentage of recycled material.
