Voice mail log makes it easy to record voice messages, follow up on them and store them for future reference. Great for use with answering machines or voice mail systems. Durable and lightweight book can be easily taken on the road. Each message form includes place for caller's information (company, telephone and fax), date, time and message. Voice mail log includes 600 message forms with six messages per page.

Incoming/Outgoing Call Register Book features space for date, time, name, message and call completed. Left page logs are designed for calls in, and right page logs are designed for calls out. Book accommodates 3,700 messages. Wirebound design allows book to stay flat while you write messages. White stock is printed in blue ink.

Memo-style Phone Message Book features a basic format with blue printing, carbonless duplicates and four messages per page. Preprinted prompts include message recipient, date, time, caller, caller's information (company, phone, cell, fax and email), and message-taker's signature. Other prompts at the bottom let you indicate what kind of message (Phoned, Call Back, Returned Call, Wants to See You, Will Call Again, Was In and Urgent) by checking a box next to the prompt. Message book is spiral-bound.

Single-sided time cards are designed especially for use with Lathem 700E Time Clock - both calculating and noncalculating models. They offer prompts for name, number, pay period description, signature and rates and amounts for regular and overtime hours. Universal time card supports all pay periods.

E16 time cards feature Tru-Align printing technology to provide remarkably consistent results. High-quality, 150 lb. tag stock is designed with an increased width for easier insertion. In/out indicators on the outside edge allow simple print alignment. E16 time cards are designed for use with the Lathem atomic time clock (sold separately).
