Carbonless, purchase order forms come in a convenient-size manifold book with a flexible cover. Two-part forms are used for short orders of up to 12 line items. Paper sequence is the original in white and the duplicate in canary. Purchase order forms are consecutively numbered. Detached form measures 5-1/2" x 7-7/8".

Manifold book with flexible cover contains two-part carbonless forms for material requisition up to nine items. Two-part paper sequence features originals in white and duplicates in yellow. Each form has the clarifying notation, "Not a Purchase Order" before "Material Requisition" to avoid any confusion. Design includes spaces for request recipient, item recipient, job number, date, vital process details ("priced by," "extended by, "checked by," "entered by") and signature. The ruled list of nine items includes boxes for quantity, item description, price and cost amount. Requisition forms are consecutively numbered. Book contains 50 sets.

Weekly, thermal time cards are designed for use with Lathem's model 800P Thermal Print Time Clock. These time cards are printed in English and engineered to produce the time/date registration without the use or ongoing cost of ink cartridges. Patent-pending, Tru-Align feature prevents overlapping of time registrations. One-sided, weekly time cards include every day of the week from Monday as Day 1 to Sunday as Day 7. Each day has two sets of in/out slots for time punching. The top of the card has prompts for name and the ending date for the pay period.

Time cards fit Lathem Electronic Totalizing Time Recorders 7000E and 7500E. Universal two-sided cards are numbered consecutively from 1 to 100 for all pay periods and job costing. They do not fit in standard-size, 9" time card racks. They require a smaller pocket, 7" card rack (sold separately).

Carbonless book is printed in blue ink and consecutively numbered in red. Back of final copy provides additional space for cost and profitability information. Wraparound stop card prevents show-through when writing.
