Forms & Record Keeping

Carbonless, receiving record forms detail up to 12 items on the numbered lines. Boxes offer space for quantity, item number, and description. Three-part carbonless form includes an original on white paper with blue ink, a canary duplicate and a pink triplicate. Forms are sequentially numbered in red and two hole-punched for post binders.

Purchase order book offers ample space for listing up to 24 items and a carbonless two-part design. Duplicate format includes originals in white and duplicates in canary. Each form offers spaces for recipient's name, address, shipping address, date, date required, shipping method, terms of shipment, and name of purchasing agent. List quantity, product description, price and unit. Wraparound back cover prevents "write through." Detached form measures 8-3/8" x 10-3/16". Book contains 50 sets.

Spiral-bound book provides a permanent record of every important message. Message forms are perforated and printed in blue and red ink. Each page has four carbonless message forms. Two-part forms include a pink original and canary duplicate. Message book has 400 sets and a notes section on the flipside for longer messages. Detached size is 5-1/2" x 3-7/8".

Top part of the form includes prompts for customer information. The back of the third part also serves as a costing form to determine the profitability of each job.
