ATEN's new VS0202, Video Matrix Switch, integrates a video switch and a video splitter, and a speaker together. When the regular video splitter can only distribute a single video signal to multi-monitors and the regular video switch just shows a single video signal at one time,VS0202 allows video and audio signals from 2 separate computers to be routed to 2 monitors, projectors, and speakers independently.

VS0201 built-in bi-directional RS-232 serial port for high-end system control, and advanced RS-232 control. The unit ?s bi-directional RS-232 serial port also allows serial devices, such as touchscreens and barcode scanners to be included in the installation. With the ability to use high-end serial control devices via RS-232 commands allows the VS0201 to be controlled by secondary systems with advanced functions such as; port switching, auto switching, front panel pushbutton lock, and Power on Detection. The VS0201 is perfect for the meeting room, media centers, class rooms, or any presentation environment requiring multiple audio/video sources to be accessed on a single display.

VP2730 is a multi-in-one presentation switch that integrates video matrix switch with scaler, streaming, audio mixer, HDBaseT extender, and analog-to-digital converter functions into one compact device. With seven multi-format inputs to two HDMI and one HDBaseT high-definition outputs, VP2730 empowers larger meetings and facilitates collaboration between local and remote participants in boardrooms, video conferencing rooms, lecture halls or distance learning classrooms.

With the user in mind, VP2730 comes with a straightforward and accessible OSD and Web GUI to streamline operation for both local and remote participants. Quad View Flexibility with Auto Layout

The built-in multi-view mode allows up to 4 streamed-in sources to be displayed in quad view on a single screen, and can dynamically adjust its layout according to the number of sources available. Participants can select a streaming-in source to enlarge and make full-screen, enhancing the flexibility of spontaneous presentation adjustments to meet the needs of fast-moving discussions.

Real-time Whiteboard Annotation

The Whiteboard facilitates discussions by enabling multiple participants to take notes and make annotations on any file in real-time. It provides an intuitive experience by featuring text input, pencil, and image uploads, as well as drag-and-drop and enlarge functions. Whiteboard contents can be saved and shared for efficient post-meeting follow-up.

Instant Chat Room Sharing

The Chat Room enhances interaction and information sharing between participants. Participants can instantly chat with each other or send files to all participants at once to ensure that everyone is on the same page and has access to relevant information for the meeting.

VP2120 connects to your existing network infrastructure which ensures the layer of corporate IT security protection needed, especially when it comes to sharing wirelessly. Log-ins can be controlled by randomly generated room codes to ensure that only related people have access to the meeting and the data shared during it.
