The ComNet FVT/FVR10D1E series video transmitter/receiver and data transceiver supports the simultaneous transmission of short haul quality 10-bit EIA RS-250C digital video with one bi-directional data channel plus one 10/100 Mbps fast Ethernet port. The modules are universally compatible with major CCTV camera manufacturers and supports RS232, RS422 and 2 or 4-wire RS485 data interfaces and most data protocols. It also supports "up-the-coax" data transmission from most major manufacturers. Packaged in the exclusive ComNet ComFit housing, the FVT/ FVR10D1E units may be either wall or rack-mounted, or may be DIN-rail mounted by the addition of ComNet model DINBKT1 adaptor plate.

The ComNet™ FVT/FVR2001 multiplexer simultaneously transmits two channels of video over one optical fiber utilizing state-of-the-art 10-bit digital encoding and decoding for high-quality video transmission that meets the requirements of EIA RS-250C for short-haul video transmission. These environmentally hardened units are ideal for use in unconditioned roadside or out-of-plant installations. These units are completely transparent to and universally compatible with any NTSC, PAL, or SECAM CCTV camera systems. Plugand-play design ensures ease of installation and no electrical or optical adjustments are ever required. Bi-color (Red/Green) LED indicators are provided for rapidly ascertaining equipment operating status. Packaged in the exclusive ComNet ComFit housing, these units may be either wall or rack-mounted, or may be DIN-rail mounted by the addition of ComNet model DINBKT1 adaptor plate.

These environmentally hardened units provide transmission of 20 independent video channels and eight bi-directional data channels over one optical fiber and are ideal for use in unconditioned roadside or out-of-plant installations. These units are completely transparent to and universally compatible with any NTSC, PAL, or SECAM CCTV camera systems, data channels can be set independently for RS232, RS422 and 2 or 4-wire RS485, Sensornet, Bi-phase and Manchester.

The ComNet™ FVT/FVR(X)MI[/M] features an HDMI™ fiber link for uncompressed high-resolution bi-directional communication with full HDCP copyright protection, EDID and CEC connection functionality. The high-resolution signal is transmitted over one multimode fiber using multiple wavelengths up to 1000m. Resolutions of up to 1080p60 are supported. HDCP encryption is not affected or compromised by the FVT/FVR(X)MI units. The FVT/FVR(X)MI[/M] transmits pixel-for-pixel images and full 24-bit scan rate with no contouring or bit reduction. This unit is fully compatible with HDMI™ compliant sources and monitors, supporting all possible horizontal and vertical sync configurations. The CEC support provided by these units allows the user to communicate with up to ten CEC-enabled devices connected via HDMI™. The FVT/FVR(X)MI[/M] transmits up to 8 channels of uncompressed audio at sample sizes of 16-bit, 20-bit and 24-bit, with sampling rates of 32 kHz, 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, 96 kHz, 176.4 kHz and 192 kHz. This series also supports any IEC 61937-compliant compressed audio stream, such as Dolby Digital and DTS , and up to 8 channels of one-bit DSD audio, as used on SA CD/Super Audio CDs, and at rates up to four times that of Super Audio CD, and lossless compressed audio streams such as Dolby True HD and DTS -HD Master Audio. A locking screw prevents the connectors from accidental disconnection. Packaged in either a small stand-alone housing or the exclusive ComNet ComFit housing, the FVT/FVR(X)MI standard size product may be either wall or rack-mounted, or may be DIN-rail mounted by the addition of ComNet model DINBKT1 adaptor plate.

The ComNet™ FVT/FVR40A4 series video/audio multiplexer utilizes 10-bit video encoding for true EIA/TIA RS-250C Short-Haul broadcast quality transmission, and 24-bit encoding at a 96 Khz sampling rate for the highest possible audio fidelity. Digitally encoded transmission ensures that the video and audio performance remain completely unaffected up to the maximum usable optical transmission distance or optical path loss. These environmentally hardened units provide the transmission of four independent simplex video and four independent simplex line-level audio channels over one multimode or single mode optical fiber. The FVT/FVR40A4 series is completely transparent to and universally compatible with any NTSC, PAL, or SECAM camera system.
