The Ezel™ hinge
The Ezel™ hinge works just right: it provides low resistance for converting the Aspire R7 into four modes with just one hand, and higher resistance so the touchscreen stays steady when you use it. Work with the Aspire R7 at your desk as a notebook, flick it into display mode for sharing, or use it as a pad for drawing.

Ezel™ mode
Ezel™ mode brings the touch display closer to you, so you don't have to reach across your desk to use it. Just pull the display up and out, where it can float over the keyboard. Having the display that much closer makes switching between touch control and typing that much easier.
