The AM5215/95 is a medium power, lightweight, 2-way, full-range loudspeaker system comprised of the JBL Differential Drive® dual voice coil and dual magnetic gap 265H-1 380 mm (15 in) low frequency driver and 2408H-1 high frequency 38 mm (1.5 in) exit, 38 mm (1.5 in) voice-coil compression driver. The large format PT™ Progressive Transition waveguide provides excellent 90° x 50° coverage. The waveguide is rotatable so the loudspeaker system can be used in either the vertical or horizontal orientation. High-slope passive networks minimize band overlap. Well-controlled off-axis response enhances arrayability.

The JBL Model 4645C is a high quality subwoofer system, featuring an advanced technology 460 mm (18 in), low frequency transducer mounted in a direct radiator, bass-reflex enclosure for smooth response to the lowest audible frequencies. The 4645C is ideal for low-frequency augmentation of either analog or digital soundtracks in motion picture theaters and for general sound reinforcement applications.

Description:

The JBL 4642A is a high quality subwoofer system, featuring a technologically advanced 460 mm (18 in) low frequency transducers mounted in a direct radiator, bass-reflex enclosure for smooth response to the lowest audible frequencies. The 4642A is ideal for low frequency augmentation of either analog or digital soundtracks in motion picture theaters and for general sound reinforcement applications. The 2241H transducer utilizes the patented Vented Gap Cooling (VGC) process, which pumps air through the magnetic gap and directly over and around the voice coil, providing immediate heat transfer and a reduction in operating temperature. This increases power handling while reducing power compression. Through the use of computer-aided magnet optimization and analysis techniques, JBL engineers were able to optimize magnet weight, flux density and field saturation, resulting in a 2.6 kg (6.5 lb) reduction in overall driver weight and a significant reduction in harmonic distortion. This magnet structure offers much of the weight advantage of rare earth magnet structures without the prohibitive cost, enabling the system to carry a 600-watt continuous AES pink noise power rating.

The M1000-W sound masking speaker assembly is designed to accurately reproduce the required spectrum of masking signal into the plenum space. The innovative 734 cubic inch square enclosure ensures ample low frequency response. A specially designed 8" dual cone speaker is included in the package. A high efficiency 70.7V internal transformer is coupled to an external tap selector switch for easy system tuning.

The exclusive AtlasIED EZ hang brackets simplify installation. This innovative suspension system utilizes collapsible plated hangers configured to allow quick upward, downward, or side firing installation. The hangers are factory-installed on the unit and fold flat for shipping. To meet most any local code requirement, the M1000-W includes an innovative cover containing both knockouts and a strain relief. This system will allow the use of rigid or flexible conduit (if required) and easily accommodates "through" connections on the removable plate. UL 2043 listed for use in air handling spaces.

An integral wire strain relief strategically located on the top of the enclosure allows for secure speaker cable termination.

The M2000-LP sound masking speaker assembly is designed to accurately reproduce the required spectrum of masking signal into small plenum spaces. The innovative square enclosure ensures accurate sound masking frequency response. Specially designed 2" x 4" cone loudspeakers (2) are included in the package. A high efficiency 70.7V internal transformer is coupled to an external tap selector switch for easy system tuning.

To meet most any local code requirement, the M2000-LP includes an innovative cover containing both knockouts and a strain relief.
