The Valcom VSA-1020C amplified speaker assembly has been designed specifically for use with the Simplex 5100 Series Communications System when multiple transducers are required for specific areas or zones. The Valcom VSA-1020C incorporates an 8" cone speaker, an integral amplifier and a volume control in a design that allows Valcom technology to be used with any applicable baffle design. The amplifier requires a line level signal input and 24 VDC to deliver its directly coupled 1-watt output to the cone assembly.
