The Plugable USB 3.0 Universal Mini Laptop Docking Station for Windows (USB3-3900DHE) allows you to add dual monitors and an Ethernet connection through a single cable back to your laptop. Quickly come and go from your desk with ease. By connecting one cable to your laptop, you gain 3 extra ports of connectivity, making it easier to do more work in less time.

Note: This dock will not charge your laptop and will need your external charger to provide power to your system. The dock has one HDMI port and one DVI port, no DVI to VGA adapter or DVI to HDMI adapter if included (not compatible with DisplayPort displays).

The Plugable USB 3.0 Windows Transfer Cable works great for transferring files and folders when upgrading from an older Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, or XP computer to a newer one, or for transferring data between two folders on a ongoing basis. (Note: Programs will not be transferred. They must be re-installed from the original disk or downloaded file.)

Software

The cable also includes a full license to Bravura's Easy Computer Sync software that can be found attached to the cable ($19.95 value). Created by one of the original developers of Windows Easy Transfer at Microsoft, the Bravura software manages the connection and transfer process for you and includes all needed drivers, making it easy to transfer your important documents and media files.

Compatibility

All needed drivers for Windows 11, 10, 8.1, 8, 7, Vista, and XP are included in the Bravura software. USB 3.0 speed available only if both computers have USB 3.0 ports. Supports USB 2.0 ports at USB 2.0 speeds. No support for Mac. Not compatible with ARM-based Windows (MS Surface RT).

Six-foot (2-meter) USB 3.0 Easy Transfer Cable and quick installation guide. All software and drivers are available via download (CD included for convenience if needed). A product key for the Bravura Easy Computer Sync software is included with the Windows Transfer Cable, located on a tag attached to the cable.

Featuring a clean, compact black design, this USB audio adapter installs without needing to load any necessary drivers. It is as simple as setting this adapter as your default audio output and input device and off you go, listening to your favorite tunes and recording with ease.

This audio adapter really shines with custom Linux development boards like the Raspberry Pi, Beaglebone Black, and other unique scenarios such as a ""Hackintosh"" setup where the on-board audio devices do not have Mac drivers.

Compatibility

No drivers necessary. Compatible with any standard USB Audio Class enabled system including Windows XP - 11, Linux, Mac OS X and Chromebook.

The USB Type A connection gets plugged into the computer and you gain one 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) stereo output jack and one 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) stereo microphone input jack.

The USB-AUDIO is USB bus powered, so no external power is needed.

Important Note:

If the microphone does not seem to work and you have a TS microphone, a 3.5 mm (1/8 inch) mono to stereo adapter is necessary to adapt the microphone from TS to TRS.

Most operating systems support multiple audio outputs, but only allow a single one to be enabled at a time. So, this manual step of selecting the right audio output from the operating system's built-in audio control panel is essential.
